New creative venue for West Londoners

 

An exciting new creative space has opened on Brentford’s riverside! The Maker Station consists of three areas – a workshop where makers can use sewing machines or benches for hands - on work, a hot desking area for laptop work and a lounge for collaborating, networking and relaxing.

Providing studio space for local creatives, the Maker Station is also used as a retail area and educational hub for creative workshops and well-being classes. There is a full programme of events for you to check out at The Maker Station, 40a Watermans Park, Brentford TW8 0BB.

BEAT mosaic artist, Sarah Stanley, now has her new studio in the Maker Station. Sarah’s studio was previously on Johnson’s Island and she exhibited at venue 48 during BEAT 2019.
