As part of your application to exhibit with BEAT, you will provide certain personal details. These details may be published in the BEAT brochure; be included on your web page on the BEAT website and held on the BEAT members database and email listings as appropriate.

In accordance with Data Protection legislation, any member may request to view all data held about them by BEAT and request changes to be made.

Ealing BEAT will ask you to provide a variety of personal information as part of the application process. Although it is not compulsory to give us all this information, if you do not then we may not be able to provide you with the full range of services that membership of Ealing BEAT and its website has to offer.

Certain professional or personal information provided by you will be available on the Ealing BEAT website as part of your membership. Ealing BEAT cannot be held responsible for unsolicited mail sent to a member’s published email address. 

As part of your membership, you will receive a password for accessing the members area of the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this and also for any activity which takes place under your account.
