Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint regarding your experience at a Venue, this should be raised in the first instance with the Venue Host or Venue Management.
If you are unsatisfied with the Venue response you may raise to the BEAT Steering Committee by email to info@ealingbeat.org.uk, putting COMPLAINT in the subject line.
The Committee will endeavour to confirm receipt within 48 hours. If the complaint is regarding the behaviour of an Exhibiting Artist, BEAT will review against the Exhibitors Code of Conduct.
