GROUP application

Complete the form below to apply for a group 2025 exhibiting membership.

The form should only be completed by the nominated group ‘lead’ artist.
The group application covers all members in a named group, EXCLUDING those members who wish to have their own brochure entry and who will therefore complete an individual application.

You will need to upload at least 3 (and max 6) images of your group’s work as part of this application. Please ensure that you have these images ready to include.

The BEAT application is a three-step process:

In completing the form, please use correct capitalisation and punctuation, and check your spelling. This will help us hugely as it means a reduced need to edit artist information for inclusion in the brochure. BEAT is run by a small team of artist volunteers and we need all the help we can get in making BEAT easy to run!

Once you have completed your application, you will see a confirmation page to indicate that we have received it. You will not receive a separate email at this stage.

The information on this form will only be saved once you have clicked ‘Proceed to image upload section’ at the end of this page. If you close the browser window whilst completing the application form, the information you have entered will not be saved.
