Marcia Hurst

I paint in oils on different surfaces using flowers I cut from my garden. I like using colourful materials and interesting jugs to make a composition. Although I went to art school, I studied interior design, so my training has come from attending art classes and by finding my own style. I was working in a rented studio but I've moved back to my house and rearranged a lovely sunny room where I paint.
