Vivien Phelan

I like playing with mud/clay, I enjoy the challenges of using the potters wheel. This is my starting point to my 3D object d'art. Stage two, I manipulate, hand paint, and glaze the piece to make the figurative pieces, which are based on the quirkiness of the English language; others are animals. I also make unusual wall  hangings using clay, some framed and some on canvasses. I am happy to take commissions but these pieces are not fast work so time must be given particularly as many things can go wrong when working with clay.
