Hanwell Artists
Maggie Le Rougetel
Maggie came to painting and drawing later in life and is finding it a fulfilling medium of expression. She enjoys using differing styles from figurative to abstract, and often a combination of the two. Her preferred medium is oil paint. She is inspired by people, the natural world and the built environment and is often deeply moved by world events and universal challenges.
Sarah Witt
Sarah has painted throughout her life but became particularly productive during periods spent abroad in Kenya and the Philippines. She uses a variety of different techniques and mediums in her work, drawing on the environment, her surroundings, light and people for subject matter and inspiration.
Sue Manthorpe
Sue is a local artist whose inspiration comes from capturing the many forms and aspects of light, colour and shapes within our environment. She then transfers this inspiration and information into art through the mediums of watercolour, ink, acrylic and oil paints or copper wire sculptures.
