I have always been drawn to the world of art; for as long as I can recall, it has been my primary form of expression. For me, art is more than just a creative outlet — it is my therapy and a vital space where I find balance and clarity. This lifelong connection to creativity deeply informs my current practice, which explores texture, color and form primarily through the medium of resin.
My work blurs the lines between painting, sculpture and mixed media. I am driven by a simple desire to transform everyday materials into objects of beauty that invite quiet contemplation. Resin serves as my foundation; I enjoy manipulating its properties to achieve effects ranging from smooth, glass-like surfaces to richly layered, three-dimensional forms. This process allows me to build a sense of depth that feels both modern and organic.
A significant part of my work involves the interplay between watercolour and acrylic painting. I utilise the transparency of watercolours for soft, ethereal washes and acrylics for bold, structural definition. Combining these mediums allows me to layer emotion and light, creating a unique narrative within each composition.
Sustainability is also a pillar of my work, reflected in my use of scrap fabrics. I repurpose these discarded materials to create compositions inspired by natural landscapes, inviting viewers to create and reflect on their own art pieces. My studio remains a space for constant experimentation. Ultimately, my goal is to create art that sparks curiosity and encourages others to find beauty in the unexpected. Through these layers of resin, paint and textile, I aim to share a perspective that is both deeply personal and universally resonant.
