MindFood's Naturally Creative
MindFood is a mental health charity that supports those with depression, anxiety and stress to improve wellbeing through gardening, mindfulness, creativity and the arts.
In our Naturally Creative sessions we interact with the theme of art in nature whilst incorporating evidence-based self-care techniques to nurture positive mental health.
Ours is a group of expression and process, in which we enjoy exploring, discovering and reflecting in an open and non-judgemental environment. Activities include assemblage, collage, sketching, painting, mosaics, mono-printing and more!
