Sponsors of BEAT
BEAT is a non-selective, not-for-profit organisation run by artists for artists and in the last three years has successfully achieved recognition as one of Ealing’s key annual cultural events. This year there will be over 280 artists exhibiting and selling their work in 87 venues across the Borough, so there will be lots to see, to enjoy and to buy during 7-9th and 14-16th September.
Artists pay a fee to be part of this popular event and this in general covers the cost of producing the comprehensive brochure, designed by Chiswick designer, Jane Davies, which accompanies this event.
But we are still completely reliant on sponsorship and donations to enable us to advertise, promote and raise awareness of the key aims of BEAT and its main activity, the open studios event taking place every September, and to provide our informative website, which is managed by local company, Owl & Giraffe.
To this end we approach local businesses and organisations every year for financial help and this year we have been lucky to receive support from Sinton Andrews, Make it Ealing, St George, In West Ealing, John Martin Estate Agent, as well as a being allocated funds from the community budgets of four of the local Ward Forums – Ealing Broadway; Ealing Common, Cleveland and Northfields.
But towards the end of last year, we were delighted to receive a substantial donation from Save Ealing’s Centre, as part of their settlement agreement with British Land and Benson Elliot in recognition of the work of SEC. This donation has enabled BEAT to expand its promotional activities and will go a long way to raise and extend awareness for this year’s event. It has also given the organisation some financial stability going into future years. We are very grateful for being selected for this donation.
BEAT would not exist today without this type of support so, if you think you would like to make a donation or to sponsor BEAT, please get in touch through email@example.com.
