You are the most amazing person that you are ever going to meet. This is an eternal truth. Unless you take time to stop and look how will you know?

My heart paintings are intended as a celebration of the joy of truly being you. They serve as a daily reminder that you are more than your job, possessions, or level of self-esteem. External situations can fluctuate from moment to moment but the core of you is constant.

Sogyal Rinpoche in The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying gives a wonderful explanation of this discovery: “Two people have been living in you all of your life. One is the ego, garrulous, demanding, hysterical, calculating; the other is the hidden spiritual being, whose still voice of wisdom you have only rarely heard or attended to. He refers to this hidden spiritual being as our wise guide.

Colours have their own healing and uplifting qualities, each has a unique vibrational frequency, and our understanding of colour extends way beyond words it is inbuilt, felt sense. For example, you may have experienced the relaxing sensations of a glorious sunset, or the joy of beautiful, bright flowers. For me playing with colours is a supremely joyful activity, and so I choose this as a way to celebrate life. What ever you do enjoy being you.

Not what we have but what we enjoy, constitutes our abundance ― Epicurus
