Helen Trevisiol-Duff

Colour is the focus of my work and originates from my career as a fashion illustrator designer, and colourist. I'm a full time artist working intuitively and spontaneously across watercolours, acrylics and mixed media.

I'm inspired by the natural landscape through a sense of belonging, nostalgia and identity. I often write and paint simultaneously recently composing a poem called " Dodo and Fox". This is a love story based in Hanwell using the local landscape as an integral part of my illustrations. Above all I love what I do and am compelled to paint through observation or imagination. Much of my work is commission based covering portraits of houses and children's illustrations.
