The creation of a picture, from initial composition to final print is a fascinating process made up of many adjustments, second guesses and hopes for the best. The same image can be captured in so many different ways with each reflecting the feel and ambience of the finished print. Due to its expense, using film has taught me to slow down and think about each image I take.
Taking influence from William Eggleston & Albert Camus, I work to find beauty and meaning in the everyday and the mundane.
